aforesaid show is not sanctioned by any associaton or
group and is not bound by any rules, regulations, or
policies.
2.
The
producer will have sole authority to deny entrance after building capacity is
reached and right of refusal for any vehicle not meeting approved
standards.
3.
Producer
will allocate locations. Displays
and/or vehicles shall not be removed or concealed prior to the show’s
end.
4.
Neither
the Producer, the sponsor, nor any officer, director, or shareholder thereof, or
the owner of the building at which the show is produced shall be responsible or
liable for any loss or damage to all or any part of the Exhibitor’s display
and/or vehicle and the Exhibitor shall and does hereby waive any and all rights
he/she may have against them or any of them for such
loss.

REGULATIONS – leave
as little gas as possible in tanks – tape gas caps – disconnect battery. We ask that all owners furnish their own
stanchions and ropes to improve the appearance of the
display.
